nak share satu story nih. pd mlm tahu baru few days ago lah, aku wat part time. and ada this one group of boys mai makan situ, so aku amik laa order. ada one of dem tu ohmai sangatlah hensem okay! huwaaaaa. and dorg ni kind of noti siket. sakat-sakat aku bagai. suruh aku lap meja laa, dahtu takmau beranjak sikit, pastuh yg sowang tu dok nanyi-nyanyi "hey sapa nama, boleh kah kenal". alaa dari lagu adam tu, *ok ce nyanyi sikit tengok. huahua. yg boy ensem tu tanya aku ada fb tak. aku just senyum je.

mase dorg nak balik, boy yg pling ensem tu dtg kt kaunter, and ada sorg je worker kt situ selain aku. so tak kantoi la sgt kan. hoho. dia kept on asking about fb aku. so lastly aku pun gtau laa. dia siap bgtau, "hi, nama saya asyraf". haha. poyo kan mamat ni.  then malam tu aku check fb, tp dia takde add pon. then hari berganti hari, takde pun die add fb. so  mmg kira dia tak add laa. dia sesaje je tu.

ok true story nk tell sini haa. boy yg noti selalunya tak serious. I MEAN tak serious, dorang takde nak ngorat kita betul-betul pon. motif? saje nk kasi kite syok sensorang or or nak test kite je. haha. kbai.

Last nite im studying alone, coz today i have paper to go through (by the time i write this im done with the paper already).

Studying alone is not my option actually, but i don have any choice.

If aku tak paham apa yg aku study, aku takde sesape aku nak rujuk or bertanya pun

Ok, im staying at hostel, whereas most of my classmates stay outside, dorang menyewa rumah.

There're some of dem who stay here too, but kolej kitorang lain-lain

and we're bit far from each other.

Ask my hostelmates? ok, pernah tanya sorang ni, dia pernah amik subjek ni before, but i can sense that she reluctant to teach me. her excuse is dat she had forgotten wut she learn before.

See? how stingy they are.

and i guess thats why laa malay takbleh maju, sbb? sbb selfish sgt...

Aku pernah nak pergi kolej sebelah, sb nk ask my classmate la punya pasal.

Baru je mesej, dia reply "alaaa, akak pon tak reti sgt". padahal terer siot kot.

yang sorg lagi mmg aku takkan pernah tny, bkn tak berani sbb takut apa, tapi mmg tak berani sbb dia jenis KEDEKUT ILMU, takkan pernah ajar pun kalau tanya, buang karen je der. ok, she owez get high marks in class, alaa sebab dia rajin, but she neva neva tolong org lain

Sometimes i keep thinking to myself, why laa aku kena dapat classmate yg macamni?

but however, all this difficulty actually sangat membantu

Why Sleeping Late at Night is Bad..

WHY SLEEPING AT NIGHT IS BAD!!!!

What time do you usually go to bed at night? Sleeping late at night has become the trend in our culture today, but please bear in mind that our basic physiology has never changed at all from the days of our ancestors. We still need 7-8 hours of sleep a night minimum, but there’s more to it. We can’t be sleeping late either. Which is why I’m TRYING hard to sleep earlier and below I outline why I think sleeping late is bad.

I have been going to bed at around 2 AM. I have been sleeping at this time for the past few years, and many times, it was even later than that! Now I realize why it’s bad to be sleeping so late. Apparently, when you sleep late, your body unleashes a ton of destructive hormones like cortisol, into your bloodstream. Cortisol is a stress hormone; too much of it, and it can seriously affect your cell health. This explains why all this while, after 12 AM, my body always felt increasingly  “wasted.” Not just sleepiness, but a general sense of lethargy seeping through my entire body.

When you force your body to stay up in the wee hours of the morning, your body reacts by releasing a lot more cortisol into your bloodstream. This influx of cortisol is exactly what you don’t need. Cortisol increases blood pressure, weakens the immune system, slows down growth and cell renewal, and interferes with sleep by reducing serotonin levels. Some authorities even call cortisol the “death hormone.” Now that’s why doctors have been saying getting less sleep increases your mortality rate!

Also, going to sleep late disrupts the production of melatonin. As we know, melatonin production is in full swing after midnight. Therefore, if you don’t get into bed, you’re basically telling your body to produce less melatonin, and this can affect your circadian rhythm in many ways. It is akin to jet lag in many respects, but just imagine doing this every night, and you should know the answer.

Another aspect of sleeping late comes from the spiritual standpoint. I found it interesting to read that ghosts or demons are all out in full force during the “witching hours,” which most authorities say starts from 12-3 AM. Hmmm, hallucinations are often a byproduct of prolonged sleeplessness, so could they be related? Could it be, some of those apparitions are indeed caused by hallucinations due to not sleeping?

When I read the horrid experiences of people who have very bad insomnia, I often tend to think that those who can sleep normally but make it a habit of sleeping late; these are the ones who don’t really appreciate what they’ve got. Sleep is a precious thing indeed, and no amount of modernization in our society or culture can change its importance in our lives. So please, whatever it takes, go to bed early and try to get enough sleep. That’s what I’m trying to do now. No more going to bed after midnight if I can really help it.

so korang perlu tahu trick-trick ini!

1. Melihat High Quality Videos
Ada video-video yang boleh korang bukak dengan versi high quality.
Caranya iaitu dengan menambah beberapa tulisan ini di belakang link URL video yang korang bukak:

* &fmt=18, untuk melihat versi stereo, resolusi 480 x 270.

* &fmt=22 untuk melihat versi stereo, resolusi 1280 x 720.

afta korang menambah salah satu kod di atas pada alamat URL video di browser korang, then tekan Enter atau Go, so paparan video Youtube yang korang bukak akan menjadi lebih lebar dengan kualiti yang lebih baik.

2. Embed High Quality Video di blog korang

Trick sebelumya berguna untuk melihat video yang high quality di Youtube. Semasa embed alias mencantumkan video kualiti bagus tersebut di blog anda, tambahkan kod berikut di akhir URL: &ap=%2526fmt%3D18 atau &ap=%2526fmt%3D22.

3. Skip Terus ke Bahagian yang Menarik

Semasa membuka sebuah video di Youtube, kita boleh langsung skip ke minit tertentu? Jadi misalnya ada sebuah video yang panjang, yang sebenarnya moment menariknya ada di minit 03:14, kita tak perlu menunggu sampai videonya berputar hingga ke minit itu. Cukup tambahkan #t=03m14s di belakang URL, contoh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPQ_N4imYVE#t=03m14s

4. Sembunyikan Search Box

Semasa korang hover atau melayangkan pointer mouse korang di atas sebuah video Youtube yang di-embed dalam sebuah blog, biasanya akan muncul Search Box. Jika korang tak ingin perkara terjadi, tambahkan &showsearch=0 di belakang URL yang korang embed.

5. Meng-embed Hanya Bahagian Tertentu dari Video

korang boleh menambahkan &start=30 di akhir URL yang korang embed, supaya boleh terus skip ke saat ke-30.

6. Video yang di-Embed boleh Autoplay

Biasanya video yang di-embed berjalan semasa tombol Play-nya diklik. Tapi jika korang mahu video tersebut secara auto di halaman website tempat korang embeded video itu dibuka, tambahkan &auto*play=1 di akhir link URL video tersebut.

7. Membuat video yang di-Embed Berulang-ulang automatik

Tambahkan &loop=1 untuk membuat video yang korang embed automatik terus berulang alias looping.

8. Tidak Menunjukkan Related Videos

Jika korang meng-embed sebuah video Youtube di blog korang, biasanya muncul link atau gambar menuju ke video lain yang berkaitan. 

Jika korang tak mahu itu terjadi, tambahkan &rel=0 di belakang URL video yang korang embed.

9. Download Video

Ada banyak cara untuk download video dari youtube,seperti dengan Keepvid.com. Namun trik ini boleh juga dicuba, semasa korang membuka link video tertentu, ganti saja perkataaan youtube.com di link korang dengan kickyoutube.com. 

korang akan automatik akan ke website kickyoutube di mana korang boleh download video tersebut dengan mudah.

10. Game Snake

Tau tak , kita boleh main game snakes semasa buffering video di youtube.

Gini caranya, semasa buffering video akan muncul satu bulatan yang bergerak melingkar ditengah tengah video. Itu sebenarnya ularnya.Klik mouse atas video dan tekan sahaja button arah panah atas pada keyboard. Kemudia ular tersebut boleh bergerak mengikut button yg korang tekan.

Ubat Gigi Banyak Kegunaannye..

seperti yang kita semua sedia maklum kan ubat gigi memang digunakan untuk menggosok gigi

yela sebab ubat gigi selain dari memutih mencerah menghilangkan kotoran 

dalam ubat gigi ada kalsium florida semua tu lah

tak kira laa ubat gigi apa pon kan janji ubat gigi

tapi sebenarnya ubat gigi boleh digunakan untuk kegunaan lain antaranya :

1. Mengurangkan rasa sakit bila kena sengat dengan serangga macam tebuan ke

2. Mengurangkan rasa sakit kalau terkena api kecil , air panas atau melecur

3. Mengecilkan jerawat 

 Letakkan satu titik kecil ubat gigi ke jerawat pada malam hari sebelum tidur buat tiap-tiap malam kompem punya hilang jerawat tu

 4. Mengilatkan kuku

5. Sebagai gel rambut apabila gel rambut korang habis laki boleh cuba ni haha

6. Menghilang bau di tangan seperti bau bawang, hanyir ikan dan sebagainya sebab bau mint daripada ubat gigi tu

7. Membuang dakwat pen kat pakaian

Gosok kawasan yang terkena dakwat dengan ubat gigi sebelum bilas dengan air 

8. Untuk kasut kulit, ubat gigi boleh membersih dan mengilatkan kasut gosok jangan tak gosok~

9. Menghapuskan kesan calar pada DVD dan CD

 Letakkan lapisan yang nipis ubat gigi ke disk dan gosok perlahan, kemudian bilas dengan air bersih.

10. Henghilang kesan terbakar pada besi seperti sudu dan seterika kalau berkarat aku tak sure la pulak

11. Membersihkan Casing Monitor/Laptop haa yang ni agak penting

 Letakkan ubat gigi ,campur dengan sedikit air kemudian gosok monitor/casing/laptop dengan perlahan-lahan dan berhati-hati
then lap semula dengan kain lembut dengan berhati-hati

so, benda ni suma at least dapatla mengurangkan bajet

so, try laa! :D

aku setuju apa yang si Usop tu cakap
betapa pentingnya bahasa Inggeris dikalangan kita

agar kita tidak diperbodohkan dan diperkotak-katikkan 

oleh mereka yang ingin mengambil kesempatan ke atas kita

 even movie ni dah lama dah main kat pawagam

tapi budak-budak ni asyik dok ulang jer dialog-dialog tu

especially dialog si Usop tu 

ada gak yang tengok bape puluh kali cerita tu

lama-lama dengar diaorang dok ajuk boring lak aku dengar

tapi nak wat camna aura cerita tu memang power

even movie tu dah lama dah (movie akhir tahun lepas)

tapi kehangatan cerita tu tetap terasa hingga kini dah jadi favorite movie aku dah 

 hehe aku akui aku sebenarnya peminat utama watak si Usop tu

cute jer, dengan lengok tangan dia yang dok tak reti diam tu

hehehe, betul-betul menjadi dan berkesan watak Usop tu

rasa-rasanya watak si Usop tu yang paling menonjol dalam cerita tu
